RFQ Details

We are seeking big exports of Ferrous Metal Scraps such as Heavy Melting Scrap ( HMS 1 & 2 mixed at 80:20 rate ). We are interested to import 1000 M/Ton HMS - 1 & 2 : 80 : 20 ) to be shipped via 20' Containers. We will pay100% value by irrevocable & confirmed L / C against shipping documents. No partial payment in advance . We propose that Seller must accept following term regarding PG. PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE ( PG ) : Seller must submit one PG in the shape / form of bank guarantee for 5% value of total C&F price before ( B E F O R E ) issuance of L / C. If seller fail to ship goods with shipment time ( such as 60 days from date of L / C ), buyer will have right to forfeit ( fiscate ) seller's money stated in PG . If seller agree to accept buyer's ***** term regarding PG, seller should send offer for any quantity of any Ferrous Metal Scrap basis C & F Chittagong sea port , Bangladesh round the year . We import always. Please note that BANGLADESH lies between India and Myanmar in asia continent. Please note that no PG from seller , no L / C from buyer
